Refund Policy

Any refund of the amount due based on the cancellation of the order as mentioned under the cancellation policy or whatever reason shall be refunded to the same account from where the money has come in to our account within 7(seven) working days of the amount becoming refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Akd forex & Financial Services (P) Ltd believes in helping its customers as far as possible, but as we deal in highly volatile financial product there is no cancellation of the order if once agreed by both the sides. However any sale order can be cancelled at the current buying price of the same currency and any purchase order can be cancelled at current sale price of the same currency. Failing to produce the necessary KYC / Documents required for transaction in original within Two days of placing orders may lead to cancellation of the order.
